To ensure quality is carried through each and every home, weekly meetings are held by each divisional manager and both progress and exception reports from our online systems are produced, discussed and acted upon. From slab pouring stage to the final walkthrough of your home, your site supervisor will conduct extensive reports throughout the build, all of which you can access on your personal Customer Portal login.

Your dedicated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is always available to you to address any questions or concerns you may have. Should you have any further issues, you are always welcome to speak directly with management.
Once you have accepted your Tender, you will be allocated your very own personal CRM who will keep in touch with you throughout the entire building process. Your CRM will send you regular progress updates so that you are always kept in the loop: from council lodgements and construction updates, right through to final inspections and handover. After Handover
Whilst many builders prefer not to hear from you once your keys have been handed over, at Hudson Homes we have a dedicated Home Services team that ensures the company responsible for building your new home is also responsible for maintaining it well after you or your tenants have settled in.
This means you can be assured that should any item covered by our warranty need repair or replacement, our dedicated Hudson Homes Services team will attend to it quickly and efficiently.
To add extra peace of mind, we have included a 6-year structural guarantee so that in the unlikely event that something happens to your new home, we will come out and assess the damage and repair it.
