The Luxury Upgrade Package promotion has been our most popular yet! Consisting of a curated list of upgrades to our H1 and H2 inclusions levels, these upgrades include all of the most popular upgrades selected by our customers.
Both the H1 and H2 Luxury Upgrade promotions are now being offered completely FREE (that’s a saving of $2,990 and $6,990 respectively).
We have now included ducted air conditioning in the H1 Luxury Upgrade Package promotion. This means that ducted air conditioning is now included with all our H1, H2 and H3 inclusions packages!

When the Hudson Homes team were discussing what more we could do to help our customers during this time, we wanted to give a bonus that would help alleviate some pressure.
We understand how important it is to customise the home and truly make it your own, so for a limited time, we are offering our customers a bonus $5,000 voucher to use in our Spectrum Design Studio, completely for FREE. We hope this will only add to an enjoyable experience during the interior design process of building with us.
At Hudson Homes, we believe choosing and designing your new home should be a delightful and rewarding experience. So we now offer tenders completely free!
Our tenders provide the complete cost of constructing your new home along with all assessed site costs, inclusions, options and variations that you will need to build your new dream home.
To help us prepare tenders accurately, including site costs, we require a full site assessment. This assessment includes obtaining a contour survey, conducting soil tests and assessing any specific covenants, restrictions or requirements that may be applicable to your home and where you are specifically building.
The cost of these reports are normally $990 for greenfield sites and $2,100 for Knock-Down, Rebuild sites. We are now offering you $450 off the cost of obtaining these initial reports that will more accurately enable you to know exactly what your new home will cost. That means these reports will only cost you $540 for a greenfield site or $1,650 for a Knock-Down, Rebuild site.
We are now offering all customers an extended tender period to ensure you have plenty of time to prepare, no matter what life throws at you.
We have extended our Fixed Price Tender Period from 8 months to 12 months, meaning that you receive a fixed-price for up to 24 months, including your construction period. This means that you can get the ball rolling now, knowing that we will hold our price for you.
By reducing upfront costs, accepting your tender has never been easier.
We now have reduced our tender acceptance fee from $4,400 to only $2,000!
By paying this acceptance fee, we produce your home plans and drawings, prepare your contract, customize your inclusions with you and get everything you need to have your home ready for approval.
The Hudson Homes team have implemented a range of process changes throughout the entire pre-construction process to make things easier for both you and our staff during this time:
- Contract deposit reduced from 10% to only 5%
- Contract deposit will only be required after Council DA Approval
- Appointments over the phone or online
- Alterations to documentation including digitisation and inhouse production, reducing print costs
- Plus much more that we are doing behind the scenes to make the process much more streamlined for you
