Congratulations to Andy Heran on His New Role!

A big congratulations to Andy, who has been promoted to Estimating Manager for Queensland.

This well-earned promotion reflects Andy’s strong commitment, expertise, and the positive impact he has had across the business. Since joining Hudson Homes, Andy has played an important role in setting a high standard for accuracy and collaboration within the QLD estimating team.

Earlier this year, Andy was recognised as June’s Employee of the Month, a clear sign of his dedication, attention to detail, and positive attitude. He is known for his calm and approachable leadership style, always ready to support his team and work closely with colleagues across departments.

Andy also recently completed the High Performance Leadership course, further developing his skills and approach to leadership. He brings these qualities into his daily work through clear communication, accountability, and a genuine drive to help his team succeed.

In his new role, Andy will lead the Queensland estimating team, overseeing the preparation of competitive Sales Tenders and accurate Production BOQs. He’ll continue working alongside Sales and Construction to ensure every project gets off to a strong start.
