Celebrating Bernie’s Next Big Chapter at Hudson Homes!
A huge congratulations to Bernadette in Queensland, who has officially stepped into the role of Executive Workflow Manager.
This well-earned promotion reflects Bernie’s years of dedication, leadership, and her genuine impact across the business. She’s been a key part of the Hudson Homes QLD team, helping to shape a more seamless, customer-focused building experience from the ground up.
Bernie is known for her organisation, her calm and positive leadership style, and her ability to bring people together. As Head of Customer Service, she led with care, managed complex challenges with ease, and supported both colleagues and clients with professionalism and heart.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Bernie has gone above and beyond to improve how our internal processes flow, particularly from sale through to the start of construction. Her proactive approach and drive for continuous improvement have helped strengthen how we operate and how we support every customer along the way.
In her new role, Bernie will oversee the full customer journey through Pre-site and Construction, working closely with every department to keep things moving, solve problems early, and ensure our customers enjoy a smooth and supported experience from start to finish.
