Andy plays an important role in our QLD operations. He brings accuracy, consistency and solution-focused mindset to every stage of the estimating process. His attention to detail and ability to manage complex project requirements help ensure our teams are set up for success from the very beginning.
What makes Andy stand out is not only his technical expertise but the way he works with others. He’s approachable, supportive and always willing to lend a hand. Whether it’s answering questions, offering guidance or collaborating across teams, Andy is someone people trust and rely on.
He also recently completed the High Performance Leadership course, showing his ongoing commitment to personal and professional development. Andy brings those leadership qualities into his day-to-day work through clear communication, integrity and a genuine drive to support the team.
