Lilywood Landings Display Village Grand Opening This March
Lilywood Landings is set to welcome the community as the Lilywood Landings Display Village officially opens, with brand new homes to explore and plenty happening across the village. If you’re buying your first home, planning your next build, or simply looking for fresh ideas, it’s a great chance to walk through new designs and see today’s layouts, finishes and inclusions in person.
We will be there on Saturday 21st March from 10:30am to 2:30pm, and we’re excited to be opening the doors to two brand new display homes.
To help make the day a smooth and enjoyable one, Lennium Group has also organised a few key activations across the village, including a GAS snag wagon, coffee cart, drinks available for purchase at the Land Sales Office, and a portaloo onsite.

We’re proud to be showcasing Emerald 28 and Ivory 21, both designed with family living in mind and packed with features that make everyday life easier.

With broad living and entertaining spaces centred around a family hub, the layout is designed to bring everyone together while still giving each member of the household room to breathe. Ivory 21 features the Avalon facade and our H1 Smart Inclusion, also with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage.
