Meet Adrian Baxter: Hudson Homes’ New QLD Land Acquisition Specialist
We’re excited to welcome Adrian to the Hudson Homes team as our new Business Development Manager (Land Acquisitions) based in Queensland.
Adrian brings a genuine passion for new homes and all the possibilities they represent. Whether it’s exploring display homes, discovering innovative ideas or spotting exceptional craftsmanship, he’s always on the lookout for the details that make a home stand out.
“I’ve always been drawn to new homes of all styles. I love seeing what different builders are doing and finding those unique touches that set a home apart. That passion inspired me to help people with their own new homes, choosing to work as a consultant rather than take on the challenges of running a building business myself.”
Adrian’s journey in construction began with hands-on experience as a carpenter, where he built a solid understanding of how great homes come together. He then moved into new home estimating, gaining expertise in construction materials, pricing, interpreting complex plans, and working with suppliers, trades and site teams to keep projects on track and on budget.
Seeing a need for better guidance in the early planning stages of building, Adrian founded Foresight Home Planning to help people make informed decisions and create tailored designs without the hefty price tag. His drive to improve the client experience and bring new ideas to the table aligns perfectly with Hudson Homes’ values.
Now, Adrian is focused on sourcing prime land across Queensland for our clients and future developments.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys mountain biking, beach days when the weather is warm enough, and keeping up with the latest in technology. He believes that those who embrace and implement new tech effectively are the ones who stay competitive by passing the benefits on to their clients.
Looking ahead, Adrian is eager to help evolve Hudson Homes’ display homes to make them not just impressive, but truly memorable for their practical, innovative and quirky features. He’s also passionate about creating engaging short-form content that helps connect with clients in a fresh, authentic way.
