May Employee of the Month Spotlight: Ishraq Todiee

We’re proud to recognise Ishraq Todiee, our QLD Draftsperson, as our May Employee of the Month!

Ishraq is an important part of our Queensland team, working closely with clients and colleagues to help bring each home one step closer to reality. From preparing plans to sitting with clients during their 3D appointments, his role is all about making sure the details are clear, considered and ready for the next stage of the building journey.

What makes Ishraq stand out is the care he puts into his work. He is reliable, approachable and always willing to help, whether he is working through plan updates, answering questions or supporting the team behind the scenes. His calm attitude and attention to detail make a real difference to both our clients and the people he works with every day.

For many clients, a 3D appointment is an exciting moment where they get to see their future home come to life. Ishraq helps make that experience feel smooth and supported, giving clients the confidence that their plans are in good hands.

Ishraq brings a great mix of technical knowledge, patience and teamwork to his role. He takes pride in getting things right and is always focused on helping the team deliver the best possible outcome.
