We are so excited to celebrate a very well-deserved next step for one of our own. Bernadette Goodhew has been promoted to Operations Manager – QLD at Hudson Homes.
Over the years, Bernie has become an incredibly important part of our Queensland team. Her commitment, energy, willingness to help others and genuine care for both our customers and our people have made a real difference across the business.
In her previous role as Executive Workflow Manager – QLD, Bernie continued to take on more responsibility, support teams across the business and help keep things moving when challenges arose. Her ability to find solutions, bring people together and create smoother workflows has made her a trusted and valued part of Hudson Homes.

Bernie’s promotion is a reflection of the leadership, drive and capability she has continued to show throughout her time with Hudson Homes.
In her new role, Bernie will take overall responsibility for our Pre-Construction operations in Queensland, while also leading and managing our operational departments.
She will play an important role in driving accountability, improving processes, removing roadblocks and helping our teams work together as effectively as possible.
As Hudson Homes QLD continues to grow, Bernie’s experience and understanding of the business will be incredibly valuable in supporting our teams and helping deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
